Mat Pilates – Online Class

50 minute Live Online Class Mat class program  to suit the specific needs of corporate clients

This will be a mat class suitable for clients of all levels . Regressions and progressions for exercises will be provided to make the class suitable for people just starting on their Pilates journey, yet offer a good work out for experienced clients.

The class will  be delivered using an online meeting platform, and can be joined from any computer, laptop, apple or android phone. (see system requirements below for further information). A link to join the class will be sent to the class organiser for distribution to employees.
