Get the most out of your training, our one to one sessions start with a postural assessment, diagnosing any misalignments, muscular tightness, muscular weakness or incorrect gait. Our studio owner will then design a program specific to your body, working on lengthening any tight areas, tightening any elongated areas, strengthening weak areas & straightening out any imbalances. We will also cover the five basic principles, checking you are working correctly & efficiently to get the most out of your sessions. In addition to your studio session, you will be given a short home program to work on between sessions.
Private sessions are extremely beneficial for clients rehabilitating from injury, physiotherapy & chiropractor referrals & clients new to Pilates, wanting to learn the Pilates technique correctly.
