Our main studio is located in the bustling town of Midleton on Drury's Avenue, where we offer classes in mat and reformer. We offer Reformer Pilates classes from The Garden Studio in Rostellan and we also hold weekly mat pilates classes at The Grainstore, Ballymaloe. During summer our Ballymaloe class is held in the walled garden (weather permitting).
We also do special pop up beach classes at Inch Beach and Retreat Days during the year - follow us on social media for event announcements.
