Reformer T&C’s & cancellation policy

· All reformer packages have a 6 month expiry from the date of purchase.

· Gift vouchers have a 5 year expiry.

· Once a gift voucher has been redeemed against a reformer package, the package then has a 6 month expiry from the date of the purchase of the package.

· Classes are not transferable to another client.

· A refund of classes will only be awarded on medical grounds on the production of a medical cert. Any medical certs must be submitted before the expiry date of the classes. Any certs submitted after the expiry will be disregarded.

· If a refund is issued on the client’s first package of reformer, a €30 fee will apply to cover the intro & a further €20 processing fee will be applied.

· If a refund is issued on the client’s subsequent package, only a €20 processing fee will apply.

· Class cancellations must be made 24 hours before the class start time or the class is lost. For example, for a Monday 8pm class, the cancelation must be made by Sunday 8pm.

· No shows are changed in full.

· If a client is late for class, the instructor teaching has the right to refuse entry. The class will still be charged in full.

· Clients are asked not to attend class if they are unwell.

 

Mat course T&C’S & cancellation policy

· Missed classes cannot be made up on another evening course

· Missed classes cannot be carried over to another term

· Once booked, courses are non-refundable

· Courses cannot be transferred to another person

· Another person cannot attend a client’s class in their place

· A refund of classes will only be awarded on medical grounds on the production of a medical cert. Any medical certs must be submitted before the end of the course. Any certs submitted after the course will be disregarded. Only classes subsequent to the submission of a Dr’s cert are eligible for a refund.

· €20 administrative fee applies to any refund awarded

 

Drop in class T&C’s & cancellation policy

· Drop in classes are non-refundable once booked.

· If the wrong date is booked by a client & they turn up to the incorrect class, both classes will be charged in full.

· If a clients screening form, filled out on arrival deems them unsuitable for the class they have arrived for, they will be turned away & no refund will be given.

· Priority is given to clients who have pre booked online & not to clients time of arrival.

 

Weather Related Policies

Classes will NOT be cancelled or refunded due to yellow or orange weather warnings as classes will proceed as normal. In the event of a red warning we will reschedule or provide a credit, at our discretion.
