Our Pilates wedge is used for helping lordotic clients, or clients with old lumbar injuries, work supine (on their backs) & maintain an imprinted spine. The wedge assists in keeping the posterior tilt to the pelvis needed to reduce lower back pain in exercises such as the hundred & the single leg stretch. It can also be used for the plank or 4 point kneeling exercises to reduce tension in the wrists & also for squats & standing work to elevate the heel in the case of ankle injuries.
