This is a 50 minute workout with a 0.5kg weights for the warm up and a flex loop.

- 2x 0.5kg weights [or two tins of beans/soup]
- Flex Loop [or a pair of tights]

Flex Loop workout with a 0.5kg weights for the warm up.
This will be a mat class suitable for clients who have attended a Pilates class previously and are familiar with Pilates terminology etc. Regressions and progressions for exercises will be provided to make the class suitable for people just starting on their Pilates journey, yet offer a good work out for experienced clients.
The class will be available to view immediately after your purchase is completed by clicking on a link on the purchase confirmation page, or in the order confirmation email, The class call also be accessed from the Booking – On Demand – My On Demand Classes menu item on the website.
The class is not suitable for absolute beginners, pregnant clients or clients with injuries or illnesses.
