In-Studio Beginners Pilates Courses run on Mondays @ 7:00 PM for five weeks .
The course can be pro-rated if classes will be missed due to holidays. Please contact Lindsay (0879375490) prior to booking.
There will be no classes the week of August 3rd – August 8th
This course is suitable for absolute beginners, improvers, clients recovering from an injury or returning to fitness. The course covers the basic Pilates principles of lateral breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, shoulder alignment & cervical spine (neck) alignment & incorporates all of the STOTT Pilates recommended movements of flexion, extension & rotation. It’s a great course for clients looking to start Pilates & learn how to move & breathe correctly, or gym goers looking to improve their technique & posture.
The first class will be take place in the Pilates Studio Midleton at 7:00 PM on Monday July 14th 2025.
