In Studio Barre Pilates Class – 7 Weeks –  Starting Monday April 28th  2025  at 8 PM

Please note: There will be no class on Bank Holiday Monday, May 5th

This will be a Barre, Mat and Relaxation class (30 minutes cardio Barre with 10 minutes mat Pilates, followed by 10 minutes relaxation).

Class numbers will be strictly limited and must be booked in advance.

Please bring a mat and any small equipment that you own. (0.5 kg weights head blocks etc.) Small equipment will be available, but will need to be sanitised before and after use.
