In-Studio Beginners Pilates Courses run on Mondays @ 7:00 PM for four weeks .

Please Note: There will be no class on Bank Holiday Monday June 3rd

This course is suitable for absolute beginners, improvers, clients recovering from an injury or returning to fitness. The course covers the basic Pilates principles of lateral breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, shoulder alignment & cervical spine (neck) alignment & incorporates all of the STOTT Pilates recommended movements of flexion, extension & rotation. It’s a great course for clients looking to start Pilates & learn how to move & breathe correctly, or gym goers looking to improve their technique & posture.

The first class will be take place in the Pilates Studio Midleton  at 7:00 PM on Monday May 20th 2024. 

Please bring a mat and any small equipment that you own. (0.5 kg weights head blocks etc.) Small equipment will be available, but will need to be sanitised before and after use.
