6061 – Mat Pilates – All Levels – Corkbeg Coffee, Whitegate – Thurs May 16th – 6:30 pm

This will be a mat class suitable for clients who have attended a Pilates class previously and are familiar with Pilates terminology etc. Regressions and progressions for exercises will be provided to make the class suitable for people just starting on their Pilates journey, yet offer a good work out for experienced clients.

The class is scheduled to take place on Thursday May 16th at 6:30 AM AT Corkbeg Coffee, Whitegate

Since this is will be an  outdoor class it is weather dependent, and will be cancelled if rain is forecast. In the case of cancellation, payments will be refunded in full.

Please bring a mat and a drink to the class.
