14Mat Pilates- In Studio drop in class – Level II/III

This will be a mat class suitable for clients who have attended a Pilates class previously and are familiar with Pilates terminology etc. Regressions and progressions for exercises will be provided to make the class suitable for people just starting on their Pilates journey, yet offer a good work out for experienced clients.

Please bring a mat – small equipment will be available, but will need to be sanitised before and after use.
