In-Studio Beginners Mat Pilates Courses run on Sundays @ 9:30 PM  – 10:20AM for seven weeks, beginning Sunday April 19th 2026 with Tara

Please note: There will be no class on Sunday May 19th

This course is suitable for absolute beginners, improvers, clients recovering from an injury or returning to fitness. The course covers the basic Pilates principles of lateral breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, shoulder alignment & cervical spine (neck) alignment & incorporates all of the STOTT Pilates recommended movements of flexion, extension & rotation. It’s a great course for clients looking to start Pilates & learn how to move & breathe correctly, or gym goers looking to improve their technique & posture.

Class numbers will be strictly limited and must be booked in advance.

Please bring a mat.
