Description
Mat Pilates Course Intermediate Level on Tuesdays @ 8 PM with Lindsay, starting Tuesday June 10th 2025 for 4 weeks.
This will be a mat class suitable for clients who have attended a Pilates class previously and are familiar with Pilates terminology etc. Regressions and progressions for exercises will be provided to make the class suitable for people just starting on their Pilates journey, yet offer a good work out for experienced clients.
Class numbers will be strictly limited and must be booked in advance.
Please bring a mat.
