In-Studio Beginners Mat Pilates Courses run Wednesday @ 8:00 PM – 8:50PM for six weeks, beginning January 8th 2024 with Maeve
This course is suitable for absolute beginners, improvers, clients recovering from an injury or returning to fitness. The course covers the basic Pilates principles of lateral breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, shoulder alignment & cervical spine (neck) alignment & incorporates all of the STOTT Pilates recommended movements of flexion, extension & rotation. It’s a great course for clients looking to start Pilates & learn how to move & breathe correctly, or gym goers looking to improve their technique & posture.
Class numbers will be strictly limited in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines and must be booked in advance.
Please bring a mat and any small equipment that you own. (0.5 kg weights head blocks etc.) Small equipment will be available, but will need to be sanitised before and after use.
