Description

This will be a mat class suitable for clients who have attended a Pilates class previously and are familiar with Pilates terminology etc. Regressions and progressions for exercises will be provided to make the class suitable for people just starting on their Pilates journey, yet offer a good work out for experienced clients.

The first class is scheduled to take place on Thursday January 15th 2026 at 8:00 PM in the Grainstore at Ballymaloe 

Please bring a mat and a drink to the class.
