Beginners Pilates Courses run on Mondays @ 7 PM with Lindsay and Thursday @ 7 PM with Deirdre.
This course is suitable for absolute beginners, improvers, clients recovering from an injury or returning to fitness. The course covers the basic Pilates principles of lateral breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, shoulder alignment & cervical spine (neck) alignment & incorporates all of the STOTT Pilates recommended movements of flexion, extension & rotation. It’s a great course for clients looking to start Pilates & learn how to move & breathe correctly, or gym goers looking to improve their technique & posture.
Please note, there is an additional beginners course on Tuesdays at 10:30 AM with Lindsay, this course is run on as a drop in and is not available for online booking.
