Mat Pilates Online Class – Level II/III – Thursday April 15th  at 09:00 AM

This will be a mat class suitable for clients who have attended a Pilates class previously and are familiar with Pilates terminology etc. Regressions and progressions for exercises will be provided to make the class suitable for people just starting on their Pilates journey, yet offer a good work out for experienced clients.

The class will  be delivered using an online meeting platform, and can be joined from any computer, laptop, apple or android phone. (see system requirements below for further information). A link to join the class will be sent one hours prior to the class start time.
