1452 Mat Pilates – Prerecorded Class – Level II/III -Tues 13/04

Mat Pilates Online Class – Level II/III -Tuesday April 13th

This will be a mat class suitable for clients who have attended a Pilates class previously and are familiar with Pilates terminology etc. Regressions and progressions for exercises will be provided to make the class suitable for people just starting on their Pilates journey, yet offer a good work out for experienced clients.

The class will be pre-recorded on Tuesday morning and made available as soon as your purchase is completed.

The class will be available to view until midnight the Wednesday night.

The class will  be delivered using an online meeting platform, and can be joined from any computer, laptop, apple or android phone. (see system requirements below for further information).
